Our website is our shop window to the world. The nature of the web however, makes it very easy for any fool with a virtual spray can to graffitti untruths which the surfer finds when looking for us. One such fool is Hitched.co.uk a virtual wedding services company that gave a money back promise to us, telling us, in order to get our business, that we would get our money back if we received no bookings. A year later, we had received no bookings, yet we received a bill. This invoice remains in dispute. Strangely, Hitched.co.uk have not pursued this through the small claims court, preferring to wrongly claim we owe them for their invoice on their own website. Beware then fellow advertiser, of false claims by Hitched.co.uk offering money back guarantees with no intention to deliver anything at all.
It would be good if they could make their incorrect accusations at least grammatically correct.
