Our passion is good food. From breakfast through to dinner, we will offer fresh, local and homemade produce from the best producers; served by lovely people. Head Chef, Rayner Muller has created a menu of home-style good food with a twist. Rayner uses the freshest seafood cooked simply with fresh vegetables, where everything on the plate is there to taste great and the best cuts of meat to be cooked to perfection served with seasonal accompaniments. Working with local suppliers to source fabulously fresh meats from Grants of Speyside, daily fish from the ports, locally made ice creams from the Black Isle Dairy and freshly baked bread from Macleans Highland Bakery. Chef prepared fresh meals, great coffee from a Highland roaster, delicious locally made cakes and a warm welcome for everyone.
