This is Jack Smith, 21 year old entrepreneur from Carrbridge. Jack has has now produced his 6th batch of Cairngorm Gin.
He visited us at Muckrach with a couple of bottles from his latest batch, we are now stocking Cairngorm Gin.
Jack’s suggested serve is with green apple, raspberry, blackberries and a good tonic.
We are sure that Chef Macnab will be introducing this on to his menu’s soon!
