Our Head Chef Jon has worked hard to create classic dishes with modern twists using the best of the local produce. Jon has hand crafted the menus to make your visit at Muckrach as memorable as possible.

Balliefurth Farm is located in the spectacular Cairngorms National Park, in the Highlands of Scotland. The 400 acre Highland farm, located between Grantown-on-Spey and Nethy Bridge, runs alongside the beautiful Spey River and Speyside Way.
