Fishing on the Spey is a fisherman's dream. Think beautiful scenery filled with mountains and Scot's pine, with a stunning river flowing through it filled with sea trout on their return carrying hefty weights. The River Spey is the second longest and fast flowing river 107 miles long from Loch Spey near Fort Augustus through Newtonmore, Kingussie, Aviemore and Grantown on Spey reaching the sea near to Buckie.
Summer holidays in the Scottish highlands have been filled with fun in the sun, Scottish tradition, water sports, scottish castles, scottish estates and breath-taking views of lochs and mountains. I would recommend a holiday in the highlands to everyone, there is something for everyone; families, couples, site-seers, walkers, golfers, fishing parties, thrill seekers and groups of friends.
